What you can expect from us

Take responsibility:

  • Independent preparation of employment contracts and references, including creating and maintaining personnel files
  • Maintaining and analysing the time recording system
  • Carrying out payroll accounting in compliance with legal and company regulations
  • Support in administrative application management

Driving innovation forward:

  • Taking on special projects in digitalisation

Being successful together:

  • Cooperative collaboration with the works council, authorities, occupational health service, health insurance companies, employers' liability insurance association, etc.

Requirements

Take responsibility:

  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • Comprehensive knowledge of personnel administration with several years of professional experience
  • up-to-date knowledge of labour and social law
  • Very good written and spoken German and a solid command of English, other foreign languages desirable (preferably Czech)

Passion for technology:

  • Sound and up-to-date knowledge of payroll accounting software (preferably Sage)
  • Confident handling of all MS Office products (especially Excel)
  • Interest and pleasure in the possible applications of artificial intelligence

Team spirit and initiative:

  • Enjoy working with people
  • A high degree of teamwork skills combined with an independent way of working
  • Full-time availability on Fridays, flexible on other days
