Technologies in plastic injection moulding

Welcome to the world of plastic injection moulding technology! Our innovative technologies enable us to develop and offer high-quality products for various industries and customised solutions for your requirements - be it for innovative products or efficient production processes.

In the following, we would like to give you a brief insight into the key technologies that we use in our company:

Granulat

75 machines from 50-2700 tonnes clamping force

Plastic injection moulding

With over 75 machines and a clamping force of 50 tonnes to 2700 tonnes, we are able to produce a wide range of plastic parts efficiently and precisely. Injection moulding is at the heart of our production and enables us to produce complex geometries with high repeat accuracy.

Back injection moulding

Back injection moulding technology combines plastic injection moulding with textiles, films or carpets. This technology enables us to integrate decorative and functional surfaces in a single step. Ideal for applications in the automotive industry, this process offers a wide range of design options.

2K and 3K injection moulding

With our 2K and 3K technology, we can produce parts from two or three different plastics. This technology makes it possible to combine different material properties such as flexibility and hardness in one product, resulting in innovative solutions.

Gas injection process

The gas injection process significantly reduces the weight of plastic parts by injecting gas into the mould while the material is being injected. This technology is particularly advantageous for the production of lightweight components in automotive engineering.

Sequential injection moulding

With sequential injection moulding, the material is injected in layers, which allows better control over the wall thicknesses and material distribution. This leads to an improved quality of the end product.

Injection moulding

This technology enables us to create precise surface structures on plastics. Injection moulding is ideal for applications where aesthetics and functionality go hand in hand.

RHCM-Technologie (Rapid Heat Cycle Molding)

RHCM technology enables faster production through frequent heating and cooling of the mould. This leads to shorter cycle times and improves the surface quality of the parts.

Roc-Toll technology

With Roc-Toll technology, we are further optimising our production processes by combining innovative materials and processes to offer even more efficient solutions.

MuCell technology

MuCell technology uses microbubbles to reduce material consumption while improving the mechanical properties of the end product. This environmentally friendly method helps to conserve resources.

IML (in-mould labelling)

With IML, we integrate labels directly into the product during the injection moulding process. This not only enables attractive designs, but also improves the durability of the labels.

Blow moulding technology

Our blow moulding technology, with 10 machines from 30 t to 50 t, is perfectly suited for the production of hollow products such as containers. This process offers flexibility and efficiency in the production of large quantities.

Zinc die casting

For metal components, we rely on zinc die casting, with 10 machines ranging from 20 tonnes to 120 tonnes. This technology enables the production of complex moulds with high precision and surface quality.

State-of-the-art plastic injection moulding technology
