What you can expect from us

Take responsibility:

Planning and controlling the sampling of assemblies and individual parts

  • Definition of all testing activities on products in the prototype, pre-series and series phases
  • Documentation of QVP processes
  • Verification of compliance with specification requirements
  • Recognising, controlling and implementing corrective measures

Driving innovation forward:

  • Application and adaptation of quality tools and methods (APQP, PPAP, VDA, FMEA...)
  • Support for the start of series production of new products

Being successful together:

  • Analysing and specifying customer requirements
  • Defining samples in consultation with the customer or supplier
  • Supporting project management with regard to compliance with milestones
  • Collaboration in the design, production and acceptance of product-related test equipment
  • Customer/supplier management (QVP, initial sampling)

Requirements

Experience and expertise:

  • Successfully completed technical studies or comparable qualification (technician, master craftsman)
  • Very good knowledge of plastics technology, ideally in an OEM environment
  • Several years of professional experience in QVP processes in the automotive environment (IATF)

Passion for technology:

  • Good knowledge of quality methods (APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA, IMDS etc.)
  • Experience in the application of the PPF procedure (VDA)
  • PPAP knowledge (measurement methodology/concepts)

Team spirit and initiative:

  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Good planning and assertiveness skills
  • High customer orientation, negotiation and moderation skills
  • Ability to communicate and analyse
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • High willingness to travel (approx. 60%)
