Information about the whistleblower system
Dear Sir or Madam
Herewith you will receive information on how to proceed if you become aware of an offence.
What offences can be reported?
For example, offences can come from the following areas:
Who can report violations?
Anyone can report violations or misconduct via the whistleblower system and thus enable incidents to be clarified.
What should reports look like?
In order for the report to be processed properly, certain information must be included in the report to the whistleblower system as far as possible to record the facts of the case. This includes the company at which the possible offence took place, who is accused of the offence, what the person did, when the incident occurred, how it actually happened and where it happened. If necessary, you should be available afterwards to answer any further questions so that the facts of the case can be fully recorded.
The whistleblower will not incur any costs or suffer any sanctions under labour law or other consequences as a result of reporting a whistleblowing incident. However, it should be noted that in the event of clearly recognisable and intentional damage to the reputation of the company and/or individuals, the anonymisation of the data may be lifted in order to report this to the police.
Who is the contact person?
External partner
Together with our partner dokuworks GmbH, we have set up an external office to receive reports. This contact person can also be chosen if you wish to submit the report anonymously. You can reach them by e-mail or telephone using the following contact details:

External reporting centre
Another option for submitting reports is the whistleblower reporting centre at the Federal Office of Justice. We would like to point out to all our employees that we endeavour to clear up all reported incidents as quickly and successfully as possible. To this end, it is always preferable to report to our external partner, dokuworks GmbH.
What is the procedure?
Once you have submitted your report via our whistleblowing system, you will receive confirmation of receipt within seven days. The facts of the case will then be investigated. It may be necessary to clarify further questions with you in order to fully understand the case. Our aim is to successfully clarify the incident. To do this, it may be necessary to question employees and to review documents or emails. Once the case has been clarified, measures can be initiated to ensure that similar incidents do not occur again. As a whistleblower, you will then receive feedback on the procedure or at the latest three months after receipt of your report.
